ImmedActions:Recover
Lot
The Immediate Actions function
has a new tab that allows you to perform the Recover
Lot function. You can select the procedure to use
for the lot recovery, select a rework code, and use
the point-and-click interface for selecting the start
and end steps.
Display of DCOp History
The new Lot Events tab (introduced
in SP 1.1.3) has been further enhanced to display
DCOp history details. For any EnterTest event on the
lot Events tab, you can drill down to the Event Details
tab and click on the DCEntry button to see the actual
data that was entered.
Redesigned Lot Summary Tab
The lot summary tab has been
redesigned into subtabs (Info, Yields and Cmnts),
for easier readability of information. Additional
fields have also been added, such as the lot priority,
stock position, and the lot's current Production Area
and Location.
Change Lot Priority
SV now supports the ability
to change lot priority. This feature is available
on the newly redesigned Lot Summary tab.
Lot Alias Function
You can now find lots by alias
id. When this is enabled, you can enter or scan an
alias id (instead of a lot id) into the Item field
on any lot tab in the main work area. Supervisor Station
will highlight all lots in the list that use that
alias. You can also switch back and forth between
using Lot Ids and Alias Ids, simply by using a toggle
check box that will appear beside the Item field.
Support for PROMIS 5.6
This version of Supervisor Station
supports PROMIS 5.6. Changes have been made to be
compatible with PROMIS TP changes.
Java Platform 2, v1.3.1 on
NT
This version uses the latest
JRE available, v. 1.3.1.
Component-Level Parameters
This version supports the new
component-level parameters introduced in PROMIS 5.6.
If you are using PROMIS 5.6, Supervisor Station supports
the ability to add, update, or delete component-level
parameters at the current step. Once enabled, you
can drill into any component listed on the lot
Cont tab, to see the new, component-level Prm tab.
On this tab, you can add, update, or delete parameters.
Component-Level Tracking
This version supports the new
component-level tracking introduced in PROMIS 5.6.
If you are using PROMIS 5.6, Supervisor Station supports
the ability to record Process Job Id & State, cluster
PPId and chamber PPId, and component location information.
Once enabled, you can drill into any component
listed on the lot Cont tab to see the new component-level
Tracking tab.
Ability to Filter Lot Lists
into a Sub-search List
For any of the lot lists, you
have the option of being able to do sub-searches.
For example, if you have a long list of running lots,
you could enter TP2 in the Item field to narrow the
list down to only those lots that start with the characters
TP2. To return the display to show all waiting lots,
blank out the Item field and click Enter.
Cont Tab Enhancements
Added Total Lot SubQty to the
lot Cont tab. Also added a property that allows separate
splits for unidentified lots (so that the user can enter different
quantities for splitting), and then click Done to split
into separate lots.
Future Actions TempSplit Future
Merge
The Futa Merge function has
been enhanced so that when you click Done, a dialog
box displays the id of the child lot created by the
temporary split.
Lot Scrap - Display of Reject
Codes
The combo box of reject codes
on the Lot Scrap dialog box has been enhanced to show
the id and the description of each code.
Eqp Unit Summary tab:Status
Field
The combo box of status codes
on the EqpUnit Summary tab box has been enhanced to
show the description beside each status code. You
can also customize (by a client property) your preference
for displaying the code (default) or the full description
in the Status field.
Schedule Lot - Default for
Plannable Check Box
You can now define a default
for the Plannable check box to be either on or off. This typically defaults
to off.
New Lot Events Tab, with Details
(Full Lot Report)
The Lot Events tab has been
completely redesigned. It lists lot history events
in reverse chronological order. To see the full text
of any column, hover your mouse over the column. The
tool tip will display the full text. For any event
with an icon in the D (details) column, you can double-click
to drill into it to view details. You can also hover
your mouse over the D column for a tool-tip summary
of event details.
New Lot Comments Tab
This tab shows a history of
all lot comments for the current lot. You can hover
your mouse over the comments column to see the entire
comment text displayed in a tool tip.
Lot Rework
You can now rework an entire
lot using the Rework button in the lower right corner
of the Supervisor Station screen. The functionality
is the same as reworking a lot in Operator Station.
Toolbar and Workbar Font Sizes
The font size for toolbar and
workbar button labels has been externalized.
New Tab for Held Lots
In the Location work area, there
is a new tab that shows all Held Lots.
Add/Delete Lot Parameters at
Current Step
On the lot Parameters tab, two
new buttons have been added, allowing you to add or
delete a lot parameter at the current step.
Enhanced PROD Structure Display
The Part Structure tab and the
Lot Structure tab have been enhanced to show more
detailed information, including operations and input
parts at each step.
Lot SubQty
Each lot's current SubQty is
now displayed in the waiting and running lot lists,
in the Lot query tab, and in the status bar.
Lot Futa Tab - Delete Confirmation
A confirmation message now appears
when you click "D" to delete a future action on the
lot Futa tab.
Rework Counter
In the top right corner of the
lot header, there is a new indicator that shows (from
PROMIS) the current rework cycle number, and the maximum
rework cycle count (for example, 2/9).
Ability to Disable Rework Combo Box
When Rework Is Not an Option
If rework is not an option at
the current step, the Rework combo box on the lot
Cont tab can be automatically disabled. Enhanced flexibility
for equipment Failure Codes display if you use Advanced
Equipment. By default, the EqpUnit Summary tab shows
Failure Code descriptions in the combo box. If your
site has very long failure code descriptions, you can
show failure code ids instead.
Enhancements to Equipment Unit
Capabilities
The EqpUnit Capabilities tab
now has a scroll bar, allowing more than 16 capabilities
per equipment unit. In addition, there is a new property
that allows you to disable editing of the check box
on this tab.
Obsolete Reject or Rework Codes
Operator Station, by default,
no longer displays any reject or rework codes that
are marked as obsolete in PROMIS. You have the option
of changing this so that obsolete codes are still
displayed.
