SAN JOSE, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Eyelit Inc., a manufacturing software provider for visibility, control, and coordination of manufacturing operations for the electronics, life sciences, semiconductor and MEMS industries, has announced that it has joined the Fab Owners Association (FOA).

The FOA is a non-profit, international association that comprises manufacturers and suppliers in the semiconductor and MEMS industries. The FOA was conceived to provide a forum for semiconductor manufacturing executives to discuss and act on common manufacturing issues resulting in company-wide efficiencies. The association was founded in 2004 and incorporated in 2005. Current FOA member companies include: AMI Semiconductor, Cypress Semiconductor, Delphi, Fairchild Semiconductor, Freescale Semiconductor, International Rectifier, Intersil, Jazz Semiconductor, MagnaChip, Micrel Semiconductor, NXP Semiconductor, ON Semiconductor, Spansion, and ZMD AG, as well as an additional twenty-five associate members.

Eyelit’s vice president of sales and business development Dan Estrada will speak next week, on January 18th, at the upcoming FOA quarterly meeting to be held at ON Semiconductor in Phoenix.
