Eyelit Corp. is seeking our next Sales Account Executive with manufacturing software domain experience to expand Eyelit’s marketplace presence of its state-of-the-art manufacturing management software suite. This impact position is responsible for cultivating new relationships, nurturing opportunities and delivering profitable top-line growth by selling our MES solutions to the Semiconductor industry. The Sales Account Executive role will lead client-facing presentations and dive deep in uncovering and understanding customer challenges. Location and Travel

Key Contributions
- Develop an understanding of Eyelit’s products and services and how our solution addresses the business needs within manufacturing industries
- Become a proficient presenter of Eyelit’s solution and comfortably lead customer presentations via the web and in person
- Develop clear and powerful articulations of the value of each solution, positive points of differentiation from traditional and alternative solutions, and ways of overcoming customer objections

- Responsible for outbound lead generation activities to both active customers and prospects (Cold Calling, Warm Leads, Email Marketing and other methodology)

What we are hoping to find in your background
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 5 years of selling complex SaaS/software/subscription-based software products and services
- A minimum of selling MES software solutions to the Semi-conductor or related industries
- Prior experience in a quota driven sales environment with documented success
- General manufacturing knowledge and background is highly desired
- CRM (Salesforce preferred) experience, and diligent status updates in the tool

Position: MES Application Engineer
The MES Application Engineer a key member of the Customer Success team with Eyelit Corp, an expanding manufacturing management software company that brings operational excellence and full coordination of manufacturing operations – from the factory floor through the global supply chain.
The MES Application Engineer will implement and integrate Eyelit’s manufacturing automation software suite into our customer’s environment. The consultant will play a key role in engineering solutions using Eyelit’s Enterprise Manufacturing Software Suite™ and specifically Eyelit Equipment Connect™ ultimately automating process and metrology equipment on the shop floor. Other activities included Pre-sales activities, Project Implementations, Customer training and Reporting.
The consultant will become a subject matter expert and power user; know the tools, the design, best use of application to our customers. In our drive for excellence, this role will explore new avenues to create content and deliver impactful training to end-users. Additionally, this role will contribute to refining processes and procedures based on testing and learning from new ideas or new products.
Location, Travel, and Citizenship:
This position is U.S. based and will be remote, work-from-home with all equipment furnished. Travel will be required to U.S. and international customers as required. Because of government contract requirements, candidates will be required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
Key Contributions
- Support sales efforts with demo systems preparation
- Lead and participate in discovery and requirements gathering – conduct working sessions to document client needs, compare those needs to existing solution functionality
- Analyze customer requirements
- Prepare project Statements of Work based on budgets and project plans; Engage development and technical team when required to produce project estimates
- Translate user requirements into design documents complete with use cases
- Work closely with the Development team to ensure that the software is developed to meet the customer requirements
- Develop user acceptance test plans with the customer to ensure that the delivered system meets the customer requirements
- Implement Eyelit manufacturing software; Implement integrations with other factory/business systems (e.g. ERP systems, equipment controllers, PLM systems, material control systems etc.)
- Provide training to customers; Work with technical resources, sales team and customers, to ensure that Eyelit’s products are successfully delivered, and customers are utilizing our tools to the outlined scope and expectations
- Provide Reports using SQL query language
- Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required
What we are hoping to find in your background:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity (preferably in a solutions capacity)
- Previous experience installing/configuring manufacturing automation software and server operating environments
- Ability to travel (up to 50% international travel)

Reporting to the CTO, the VP of Software Development will partner our product team, clients, vendors and private equity stakeholders and take ownership of all company technology, engineering and related security matters. This role will be key in analyzing, assimilating and managing disparate software solutions acquired through acquisitions.
Aligned and informed with the CTO, the VP of Software Development will guide the company’s technology vision, product development strategy, and lead the planning and execution of our technology initiatives. They will own and oversee all product development activities, security initiatives, as well as all private and public cloud infrastructure planning, implementation, and operations.
Targeted Background
A candidate with experience in a senior technology position at a mature SaaS organization with multi-national divisions is our primary target. Being well versed in building and delivering SaaS solutions including cloud and hybrid cloud migrations will provide the proper baseline for success. Job Location, Status and Travel
